Main classes:

• T_Archive_file_loader :
  Loader for one or more boost archive files

• T_Conformations_file_loader : Application allowing to load conformations from a list of PDB files using ESBTL, or from a plain txt file listing the conformations as Point_d.

• T_PDB_file_loader : Loader for one or more PDB files, even listed in a file.

• T_Points_d_file_loader : Loader for one or more txt files listing dD points

• T_Spheres_3_file_loader :
  Loader for one or more txt files listing 3D spheres

• T_XTC_file_loader : Application allowing to load conformations from a list of PDB files using ESBTL, or from a plain txt file listing the conformations as Point_d.
