This page contains the 4 videos of the 4 molecular models presented in the paper "Motion planning in high dimensional spaces hybridizing RRT and HAR via position-direction decoupling". In the Experiments section, 4 motion plannings with respectively 9, 25, 25 and 27 molecules are done, using the Hit-and-Run-type of algorithm. Namely, the HARL with the Connect variant could achieve planning under a minute. Videos show a result given by HARL algorithm with Quick and Connect variants, and with some post processing techniques like shortcutting. Remind that none of the RRT found any solution in 20 minutes for the 2 most complex cases. The videos have been made with the VMD software that can display proteins and other molecular systems. Some or all molecules trajectories are also displayed.
